Terms and Conditions

All agreements must be in writing, and no verbal promises shall be binding to either party hereto. This order becomes a valid and binding contract only when signed by the purchaser and a representative of Memorials by Smith Brands, or an attending Funeral Home representative.

Purchasers signature below certifies;

• they are the lot owner or have permission from the owner, to order this marker to be installed,
• the details of the order are correct,
• verifies the spelling of the names and the accuracy of the dates to be
• The lot owner is responsible for the payment and any paperwork or payment do the cemetery for the foundation of the Marker.
